Summit Properties International LLC was founded in 2008, in the depth of the financial crisis, to harness the opportunities of the US Real Estate Market and make it available to international clients.
We have a fiduciary duty to our clients and in order to provide the best investment alternative, our focus has always been:
• Obtaining superior returns through cash-flow.
• Opportunistic acquisitions under market value.
• Fiscally Responsible Expense Management.
Summit Properties International differs from REITs and other fund structures in that, SPI Clients wholly own each property, and therefore have complete control of the investment.
No administrative fees, and apart from an initial entry fee (2%), only a percentage (20%) of the client’s net returns is charged.
Net returns consist of rental Income as well gains in sale of the asset minus all expenses, excluding income tax.
This fee structure avoids any conflict of interest and ensures the clients interests come first.
