We quickly realized we needed a property management company. We interviewed many companies and ended up hiring several, but were disappointed each and every time with the service received. And so, after much frustration, we decided to create our own property management company.

Leases are handled by licensed real estate professionals. Prospective tenants are always accompanied by licensed agents on walkthroughs. SPI Lease renewals are executed without additional fees and when markets permit, rents are raised.
Evictions are filed on the 16th of each month. We limit evictions greatly by vetting potential tenants meticulously. Forfeited security deposits supplement any loss of rental income.
Clients have multiple options on how we maintain their properties. Each maintenance plan is customized to the clients individual needs.
Clients are given access to a unique owners portal where real time information about their properties are displayed. Powered by Appfolio, an owner portal is the best way to stay in the loop regarding your properties’ integrity and to view your rental income pour in.
Taxes, insurance, HOA dues and income analysis are compiled into monthly reports for every owner.
Upon signing an agreement, you’ll be given each team members’ personal cell phone number. In other words, we’re never M.I.A.
